Customer Advisor
Salary: Full-time equivalent salary starts at £17,000 and increases to £18,750 after passing probation (4 months)
Hours: Part Time positions available only! Either 20 or 25 hours per week.
Shifts Available:
* Monday to Sunday shifts between 4pm-9:30pm.
* Saturday & Sunday shifts between 8am-6:30pm.

The Company:
My client is a multi-award-winning insurance group based in Chesterfield, providing fantastic opportunities to develop and progress your career within a very exciting role. Full training will be provided so you will be multi-skilled to deal with different business areas.
The Job Role:
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and E-contacts coming into the contact centre across the four main business streams. You would be expected to deliver the highest possible standard of customer service while demonstrating a calm, polite and confident telephone manner while adhering to all company procedures.
Essential Skills:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate a calm and professional attitude
* Excellent data inputting skills, literacy and numeracy
