Job Role:

To support the company’s continued plans for growth, we are now looking to appoint a Trainee Manager to join our store team in Northampton. Whilst this will be your initial base, your role will also cover locations in the surrounding area, primarily the Milton Keynes store.

Having successfully completed your initial development programme you will not only have the opportunity to deputise in stores across your designated area, either on a planned or ad-hoc basis.

Additionally you will play a vital role in assisting with new store openings across the UK which will require travel and staying away from home.

This is a really exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to take their first step onto the store management ladder in order to train and develop over a period of time, with the intention of becoming one of our store managers of the future.

If you are highly motivated, have experience of supervising a team in a retail setting, have good communication skills with the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and are passionate about the delivery of excellent customer service, we very much want to hear from you.
