Customer Service Agent job in Brentford. 6 month contract with potential to go perm, paying £12.64 per hour.

This UK leading supplier of foreign currency to businesses in financial services, travel & tourism, and retail sector are recruiting for a part-time Customer Service Agent. This job vacancy has been created in search for someone with a strong focus on customer service. This role would be suitable for students or those with families.


Your New Role

You'll be responsible for dealing with incoming calls from customers, providing advice on products and services. You'll be working with a friendly and energetic team of 15 and handling customer queries and resolving them. Your role will entail uploading customer's information onto the in house system, while providing excellent customer service.


What you'll need to succeed

Candidates will ideally have recent, steady experience in a customer service team within an office based environment. To succeed with your new role you will be desired to provide outstanding customer service and have strong written and verbal communication skills.


What you will get in return

You will enjoy an excellent work schedule of 9 to 6pm, 1 weekend in every 3 weeks is required. Weekend hours are 10:00 to 14:00 (lieu for working weekend). Paying £12.64 per hour.
