Registered Nurse

FLEXIBLE HOURS / PAID BREAKS / BONUS SCHEME

Full time and part time positions available (weekends shift optional)

Our client is a leading provider of luxury care facilities across the UK, with a heavy focus on providing the best possible care at all times which is demonstrated in the majority of their homes across the country achieving either ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ ratings by the Care Quality Commission. This company has an excellent reputation for training nurses in the UK as well providing opportunities for development and internal promotion. They are now seeking to add an experienced Nurse to their team.

The Role

• Provide care to residents based on their care plan
• Accurately monitor and record observations on residents' conditions
• Maintain accurate records of resident’s care and medication administration
• Identify care planning needs
• Carry out risk assessments
• Record patients' vital signs and medical information
• Re-evaluate resident care plan as conditions change
• Consult and coordinate with other team members

The Candidate

• Is an RGN/RMN/RNLD who has a genuine interest in working within our fantastic care home
• Is able to plan, implement and supervise nursing care in your designated area of responsibility
• Is looking to be physically involved in the nursing care of the residents and to meet all new residents’ individual needs, either personally or through delegation
• Is a great communicator and team player
• Is happy to be offered the opportunity to further their career with our development programme.
