Salary: £14 - £15K for 30 hrs

Hours: Part time (4 days per week). Days negotiable, but will need to work Monday and Friday

You will be working for the Account Manager, working on a large Account. The objective is to offer support to the Account Manager

This is a varied, faced paced role with the ideal candidate benefitting from ongoing training to fulfil the role

Main duties:

* Processing orders

* Maintaining client database

* Keeping media database up to date

* Will be involved with client artwork through our design studio

* Prepare artwork for delivery

* Arranging deliveries to keep to deadlines

* Able to deal with multiple tasks at any one time

* Dealing with suppliers, arranging quotes and placing orders

* Any other duties applicable to the successful delivery of the account

Essential:

* Methodical

* Can do/hands on attitude

* Good standard of English

* Computer literate

* Passionate

Desirable:

* Knowledge of Royal Mail door drops

* Creative outlook

* Knowledge of Google docs
