Job Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant

Salary: £13-14 per hour

Location: Scunthorpe

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Hours & Days of work: 0800 to 1600, 3 days per week (this is to be discussed and agreed)

This position would ideally suit a person seeking flexible part-time work (24 hours/week)

The Role:

Main Responsibilities:

? Identification of potential customers for compostable, bio-based & water-soluble plastics.

? Follow up customer leads both those which have been self-generated, and leads provided by material suppliers.

? Co-ordinate potential customers sample and document requests.

? Maintain a good record of the above activities

? Liaise & coordinate with material suppliers, company staff and customers

? Marketing and advertising of products

? Excellent written and verbal communications

? Creativity

? Computer literate

Essentials Required:

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

? Previous experience of the plastics and/or packaging industry would be preferred – especially experience of the plastics film sector

? IT literate with skills in Microsoft Office and Social media

Desirable’s:

Qualifications / Skills & Experience

? German & French language skills would be an advantage
