A temporary - permanent position based between Boston and Spalding, working Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm. For the right candidate, part time hours could be considered to accommodate school hours.
This role is to process new sales and renewals on the database and to ensure all the information and contact details are up to date and accurate. Duties will also include updating webpages to encourage new sales as well as adding to the company database and updating existing information on non-members. Candidates will also be required to communicate courteously with customers by telephone and email, investigate and solve complaints by liaising with other departments to find the best possible resolution, handle audit calls from the Sales Department and keep accurate reports of discussions and correspondence. This position is very varied and the ideal candidate will need to have good computer skills, have a methodical approach to working and be confident and professional when speaking to Clients regarding queries and complaints.
