Customer Service advisers required for ongoing work in an inbound contact centre. 37.5 hours per week for an hourly rate of £8.21 per hour Part time hours are also available.

The role will be to take calls from members of the public and deal with their calls and queries. Typical calls will be to enquiries into service provision, booking of tickets and service or arrange for follow up calls.

Interested candidates must have;

Experience in a Customer Service environment, dealing with members of the public or business to business.

Have a confident and articulate telephone manner

Be proficient with basic Microsoft applications.

Have excellent attention to detail and be a confident communicator whilst demonstrating empathy and patience.
