We are looking to recruit experienced customer service professionals to join us.
Full time - 37.5 hours per week 5x7.5 hour shifts between Monday and Sunday, (Apply online only)
Part time - 20 hours per week, shifts between Monday and Sunday, (Apply online only)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of handling complaints and managing customer expectations
- Able to work under pressure and experience of working in a customer focused role
- A great team player with strong PC skills
What will I be doing in my new role?
This role is purely customer service and involves no sales! On a daily basis, you will be:
- Handling enquiries and complaints via email and phone
- Identifying and proactively seeking to resolve and support the needs of every customer enquiry
- Various administrative duties necessary to the role
