We are changing the way we deliver the Care Leadership and Management diploma, and we need two Advanced Qualifications Regional Trainers to help make this exciting change happen.

 

This role focuses on working with work-based learners either on a one-to-one or group basis, remotely delivering theory and practical aspects of the Advanced Apprenticeship frameworks in Level 5 Health and Social Care (Adults). The role will cover a number of different regions, and will require clear lines of communication with all regional teams.

 

Using your strong communication and interpersonal skills you will 'mentor' learners through the diploma, supporting them to access learning resources through Fuse and online webinars. A key focus of the role will be monitoring and coaching these learners whilst ensuring you adhere to the national vocational standards of the apprenticeship programme.

 

You role will be to manage the learner journey and all the supporting documentation including; undertaking eligibility assessments and telephone interviews with potential new learners, marking assessments, delivering teaching and learning during individual tutorials and group webinars, and maintaining relevant and necessary records of performance as directed by your line manager.

 

In order to deliver this qualification you will need to have related vocational experience within the Health and Social Care sector as well as the Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification, A1/A2 or D32/33 and a relevant teaching qualification. You will also need to have good ICT skills and the ability or willingness to develop your knowledge and understanding of new learning technologies.

 

This exciting and challenging role will require you to have the experience to deliver NVQ qualifications with a flexible approach, a proactive attitude and demonstrate a passion for success. You will need to be a great communicator with the ability to clearly explain complex theory and its relation to practice in the health and social care sector. You will need to be committed to supporting the learning and development of others, have an organised and flexible approach to work and the desire to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
