PART TIME PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR

Hemel Hempstead

15 Hours a week - 9.30 - 2.30 (flexi hours)

£13.00 per Hour + Excellent Benefits

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is working with a well-established and expanding consultancy who are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their successful team.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be gathering and preparing all information for monthly Payrolls and handle payroll amendments including sick pay and maternity/paternity pay.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process the payroll monthly for multiple clients
  • Accurately process new starters/leavers
  • Liaising with employees regarding payroll issues and amendments including sickness, maternity/paternity, expenses etc
  • Ensuring payroll issues are handled compliantly and effectively
  • Liaising with clients to ensure all data is processed promptly and accurately
  • Working towards multiple deadlines simulations
  • Handling auto-enrolment and liaising with clients and employees regarding their queries

THE PERSON:

  • Previous experience within a self-sufficient Payroll role is essential
  • Sage Payroll
  • Confident to handle complex payroll amendments and queries
