German speaking Helpdesk Call Analyst £17,000

Great opportunity for outgoing and confident individual with great customer service, call centre or retail experience to work for expanding organisation based in the heart of Nottingham city centre. You will be providing first line support to both European (German) and UK clients, resolving queries, some of a technical nature, or logging and transferring (and monitoring to successful conclusion) for more in-depth support.

Our client is very customer focused, honest and open and they are really passionate about what they do and like to recruit staff who can share their values. Which means that you must also be willing to use your initiative, take ownership, act with integrity and value the opinions of others and also always look to improve.

Customer service, call centre, help desk or retail experience is essential.

You must be able to speak German fluently.

The role involves weekends and shifts on a rota basis.

The role would really suit an enthusiastic, customer focused individual who is keen to move away from a front facing retail role and work within an office environment with an upbeat, friendly team.

Part-time role also available.

Additional key words: German, multi-lingual, bilingual, international, customer service, retail assistant, call centre, helpdesk.
