Part Time Sales Administrator
Shrewsbury
Temporary with strong possibility of a permanent opportunity
£18,000 pro rata for part time hours
2 days per week / Tuesday & Wednesday / 8:30am – 5pm
Prince Personnel are working with a well-established and growing retail and trade distribution business in the Shrewsbury area. They are looking for a Part Time Sales Administrator to join their team. The main purpose of the role processing customers’ orders on to the system.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering first-class customer service primarily to trade customers
* Sales order processing using Sage
* Credit control
* Responding to written and verbal enquiries and complaints
* Be an enthusiastic advocate for products and brand, using product knowledge to build relationships that enhance customer loyalty and increase sales
* Keeping customers informed and up to date as to the status of their order, offering alternatives to out of stock items
* Supporting with any other duties, as required in the context of the role
To be considered for this opportunity you will have strong admin background and be able to multi-task and process orders quickly but accurately. You must have good customer service skills including the ability to engage with customers. You must be IT literate including using MS Word & Excel. Previous Sage experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
