Accounts Assistant | Outskirts of Tiverton | £20,000 - £22,000

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a growing family run business on the outskirts of Tiverton. Reporting into the Financial Controller this is a varied and progressive position where you will be a key team member running the day to day finances of a busy accounts function.

You will be responsible for processing the purchase invoices and credit notes accurately, running supplier statements, posting payments and managing the bank reconciliations. In addition you will assist on the payroll and petty cash function.

We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience in working as a finance assistant. Ideally you will have knowledge of intercompany accounts and VAT although this is not essential. You may be studying your AAT but it is essential you have strong MS Office skills and excellent attention to detail.
