As business continues to grow a Branch Customer Advisor is now required to help contribute towards their growing success. You’ll be based at their offices in Chesterfield area of Derbyshire on a part time basis.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Full UK Driving License for travel to other branches
Experience within a face to face customer service role

Within this position, you’ll also be:

Actively selling & promoting brand products and services
Administration duties including processing customer accounts
Calling external business contacts with products and initiatives when required, on an occasional ad-hoc basis
Carrying out switchboard, reception and postal duties when required
Working as a team internally and externally to promote the brand products and services

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £10,161 per annum + Benefits

Working hours are:

9am-2pm Monday
10:30am-2:30pm Tuesday-Friday
2 out of 4 Saturdays - 3.5 hours - paid at time and a half
