Block booking contract available within Birmingham for a Band 5 Community Nurse for 3 months with the view to extend.

Full time hours however part time may be considered.

Some responsibilities will include:

*Provide care to patients and residents based on their care plan within their own home

*Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions

*Maintain accurate records of care, and medication administration

Requirements:

*You must have at least 12 months previous experience as an RGN within the community.

*General Nursing Qualification & NMC PIN

*Full NHS Compliance
