Job Description
EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN A RECRUITMENT AGENCY IS DESIRABLE
We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to provide support to management and employees. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
* Manage workflow ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly.
* Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.
* Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.
* Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
* Receiving and reviewing applications.
* Screening Applicants, conducting DBS checks, requesting references, and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details.
* Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, training and benefits of the job in question.
* Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
* Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
* Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
* Answer incoming calls and answering any questions
Skills/Qualification
* Degree/HND or equivalent required
* Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Sales and negotiation skills
* A goal-orientated approach to work
* The ability to handle multiple priorities
* Ambition and the determination to succeed
* Confidence and self-motivation
* Team-working skills
