My Theddingworth (near Lutterworth) based client are looking for 2 Housekeeping Assistants to join them on a part time temporary basis, working 16-20 hours per week. Ideally the successful candidates need to be able to start on the 30th of May for a period of 4 weeks (unless extended). Applicants will need to have their own transport due to the remote location of my client.

Main Duties:

* Prioritize guests and strive to deliver 100% guest satisfaction

* Polish and wash down surfaces, walls and some windows

* Strip and make beds to guest requirements

* Clean bedroom areas including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, wet wiping, polishing

* Clean bathroom areas including toilets

* Ensure all bedrooms are presented to highest cleanliness standard

* Keep Cupboards/Storage Rooms tidy and clean, empty Bins

* Clean public areas as and when required, including lounge areas, reception and toilets

* Attend regular team training sessions.

* Act professionally at all times

* Report any maintenance issues immediately either in the maintenance log or with the maintenance team directly

* Communicate effectively within own team and other departments

* Follow cleaning schedules to a high standard

* Follow COSHH guidelines when using chemicals

* Follow safe lifting and handling procedures

* Use of commercial laundry machines

* Demonstrate a positive, caring and discreet customer and staff relationships

* Able to prioritize and use own initiative

* Enjoy the buzz of working in a fast paced environment

* Physically fit and enjoy being active

* Be proactive and promote a positive atmosphere

* An experience and understanding of housekeeping requirements

* The desire to want to develop and be the best they can be

* Take pride in their appearance, be well groomed and have a high level of personal hygiene
