Berry Recruitment are currently looking to recruit for an Invoicing Administrator for a client based in Hemel Hempstead on a part time basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 14:30, 30 mins lunch (25 hours per week)

Salary: £19,000 pro rata

The main purpose for this role is to support a range of administration duties and delivering excellent customer service to all customers.

Responsibilities:

-Processing invoicing on the bespoke system Vend Manager

-Answering and resolving customer issue in relation to the invoicing

-General Administration

-Monitoring incoming emails and responding appropriately

Skills and Experience

-Previous customer service experience is preferred

-Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative

-Ability to work to deadlines

-Confident & professional telephone manner

The ideal candidate would be available to start immediately with previous customer service or administration experience.
