PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIRED FOR STOKE ON TRENT BASED COMPANY!
PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
STOKE ON TRENT
PERMANENT
PART TIME HOURS 4PM – 8PM MON-FRI (20 HOURS PER WEEK)
£8.30 PER HOUR
The main responsibilities of this busy role are as follows:
* Processing customer orders quickly and accurately, principally by telephone but also by electronic/digital means, including fax.
* Supporting customers and answering/resolving customer enquiries concerning orders placed or to be placed.
* Providing information on the company product range.
* Contacting Key Account customers providing them with a full update on their order, providing any out of stock information and offering alternatives where possible and placing manual orders.
* Handling order issues and referring calls to other departments where necessary.
Interested applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and order processing skills from previous office based roles. A good level of IT literacy is also required.
