Our well established client is looking to recruit a part-time receptionist to join their friendly, busy team based in Lincoln. The main focus of this role will be to manage the reception and waiting areas in an efficient and friendly manner and to ensure that all who contact the company either by telephone or in person receive a first class impression and a prompt, efficient and friendly service. Duties: • Answering telephone calls promptly and efficiently • Attending to the individual requirements of clients and other callers to the office. • Monitor the state of the waiting area regularly during the day and ensure that is it kept in a neat and tidy fashion.  • Updating the attendance register on a weekly basis for use by staff. • Certifying copy ID documentation for internal purposes. • Taking credit card payments for clients • Hospitality at reception and for meetings in rooms off reception. • Sending out client satisfaction surveys by email and post and logging responses. • Training staff on reception as needed.Transcription, photocopying and flexible admin duties as appropriate. The ideal candidate will be Reliable and Punctual with an excellent telephone manner and be a flexible and strong team player Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook is essential 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday Salary £17,500 pro rata
