Based in Ringwood we require customer advisers for a brand new campaign.

You will be making warm calls to customers who have requested a call to book an appointment to install a new smart meter.

Experience

* Excellent telephone manner essential

* Excellent literacy and numeracy essential

* Competent with a PC/typing

* Excellent Team Player

* Previous inbound or outbound contact centre experience is desirable but not essential

Training

* You will receive full classroom training and support before you "go live" and begin to support our customers, with our company Trainer and Team Managers.

* We will train you fully to deliver an exceptional level of customer experience for all of the client’s customers.

* You will work to clear targets in terms of quality, productivity and appointments set.

Hours

40hrs per week over 5 days on a rota basis between

The hours the business is open are:

Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm

Saturday 9am - 5pm

Part time evenings and weekends are also available.

Salary

£18500 per annum + uncapped bonus scheme
