As a handover advisor you'll be responsible for the most exciting part of a customers' car buying journey - handing over the car. You'll need to be really organised to make sure car is ready at the right time, with any added extras included. You'll also need to be enthusiastic and help the customer be really excited about their new purchase.

The right individual will be expected to offer very clear explanations of the new vehicle controls and all relevant paperwork. The role would best suit somebody who is currently working in a face to face customer environment with a very approachable personality, have a real interest in delivering world class customer service and be a fast learner with the ability to retain important information. Reliability and time keeping also play a large part in choosing the right person for this role.

Additional Information

Salary is £18,000 pro rata Working hours are as follows. 12 pm - 8 pm (Friday), 10 am - 6 pm (Saturday) and 10 am - 5 pm (Sunday). All shifts have a 1 hour break

Essential Skills

You will need a full driving license as you will be moving vehicles
