About You
Providing the best customer service is at the heart of our business and this starts in our stores, that’s why we are looking for honest and enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills.
You will be proactively approaching customers in store and demonstrating DFS’s product range according to the customer’s needs and requirements. You will ensure the store is kept tidy and nothing can cause obstruction for customers. Constantly aiming for the highest level of customer service (NPS) for the store alongside sales targets for yourself and your store.
We seek people who either have previous retail or sales experience, but don’t worry if you don’t as we provide training with our comprehensive induction programme. So if you are confident, have a positive "can do" approach and are motivated by the challenge of achieving great results, you could be part of our dynamic sales team.

* The minimum earnings guarantee ensures £18,000pa with a realistic OTE of between £15,000 to £20,000, not mentioning our top full time sales performers taking home in excess of £40,000 +
