An amazing results driven American brand renowned for signature laser facials that take just 15 minutes with no down time are looking for a passionate Therapist to educate guests and perform cutting edge facials. Working from one of London’s most beautiful and iconic stores, you will be responsible for working from the in the instore clinic which has 4 treatment rooms.

Responsible for helping guests feel confident inside and out, you will deliver outstanding customer service at all times using thorough treatment and product knowledge to demonstrate how each guest can get the best possible results to transform their skin.

Responsibilities:

·Conducting treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is met

·Educating and advising clients on signature laser facial treatments and skincare product regime

·Turning education/advice in to sales to maximise company revenue and meet targets

·Inform the Lead Therapist or Clinic Manager of any medical conditions or behavior from clients that is unusual or a cause for concern

·Liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the reception team regarding scheduled treatments/changes to meet the ever changing needs of the customers

·Ensure all treatment protocols, standards and documents are practiced and up to date

·Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic, ensuring all machines and treatment rooms are spotless

·Recognising the importance of sales and introducing products as part of the aftercare process

·Delivering outstanding customer service at all times within a fast paced environment

·Support Store/Brand with events/promotions using these opportunities to drive sales

·Stock replenishment, general admin duties and adhoc tasks as required by the management

·Adhere to all Store/Brand department as and clinical operational policies and procedures

Requirements

·NVQ Level 3 or 4 Beauty Therapy with strong knowledge of skin types

·Outstanding communication skills with the ability to make decisions

·Proven track record in the delivery of excellent customer service

·Ability to consistently exceed sales goals and targets

·Realise the importance of adhering to both store and brand policies

·Flexible with regards to working shifts/up to 9pm
