IMMEDIATE START - PART TIME FEMALE PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Being female is deemed to be a genuine occupational requirement due to the personal care nature of the role. As such, only female applicants will be progressed.

You must live within 30 minutes (half an hour) of Saint John's Wood North West London, have a current valid clean DBS, have a current valid passport, have a current valid clean driving licence, be a confident manual and automatic car driver.

This position is for a female looking for permanent part time work

You will be paid £1000 per calendar month £12.50 per hour for 80 hours work per calendar month

Your money will be paid directly in to your bank account in arrears on the first weekday Mondays to Fridays of every calendar month

Self employed position

You are responsible for paying all your own taxes national insurance contributions etc

Live out position

You are expected to agree to a 6 month probationary period during which if anyone concerned is not happy for any reason or if you do not fulfil all the role requirements you are free to leave or we can ask you to leave with no notice

During the 6 month probationary period the other part time female personal assistant will be senior to you because she knows Ayesha better than you and because she knows the requirements of the role better than you

After the 6 month probationary period if anyone concerned is not happy for any reason you are free to leave or we can ask you to leave with 1 month's notice

You are expected to liaise directly with any other permanent personal assistants regarding your working hours and duties by joining and using the WhatsApp group provided for this purpose

You are expected to get along with any other permanent personal assistants

You are expected to get along with other members of staff who happen to be working at the residence at any given time

There is no written contract

You are expected to accept the position with a verbal agreement

A female is required for the position due to the nature of the work involved

Flexibility reliability and adaptability are essential

Working on various days at various times of the day is essential

Working on Saturdays or Sundays is essential

Your usual working days will be a combination of Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays Sundays

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Female
• Have a current valid clean DBS
• Have a current valid passport
• Have a current valid clean driving licence
• Be over 25
• Live within 30 minutes (half an hour) of Saint John's Wood North West London
• Be able to drive manual and automatic cars
• Be a confident driver
• Have fluent spoken English
• Have fluent written English
• Have excellent computer skills on a PC and Mac
• Have relevant PA experience
• Have relevant housekeeping experience
• Understand respect and comply with requests for confidentiality
• Be happy willing and able to work on Saturdays or Sundays
• Be happy willing and able to accept a permanent part time self employed live out position working 80 hours per calendar month
• Be happy willing and able to accept the position with a verbal agreement instead of with a written contract

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Household management, cooking, cleaning, laundry, general household chores, household shopping, personal shopping, helping Ayesha’s family/friends when they come to visit/stay, helping other members of staff, personal administration for Ayesha, helping Ayesha to complete tasks related to work, attending/completing classroom-based workshops/courses with Ayesha, completing home-based/online workshops/courses with Ayesha, driving Ayesha to and from places, accompanying Ayesha to appointments/events/family occasions as required, etc
