Role – Part-time Fundraising Coordinator
Salary – £20,000 per annum
Location – Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Are you an individual with strong administrative skills looking for a rewarding opportunity to become a Part-time Fundraising Coordinator?
Atlas Employment is thrilled to present an opportunity for an enthusiastic and determined individual within the Abingdon, Oxfordshire area. The purpose of this role is to actively provide support and duties regarding administration, organisation and fundraising on behalf of this fundraising team. The successful candidate will be able to work well under their own initiative and proactively collaborate within a team structure.
What will you be doing as a Part-time Fundraising Coordinator?
Working alongside management to perform general administrative duties
Using Microsoft Office to carry out spreadsheet and record maintenance
Collating documentation and managing records concerning the organisations’ stakeholders (current, former and potential partners etc)
Using and maintaining appropriate systems and databases in accordance to company guidelines
Communicating with local businesses and stakeholders to collect fundraising prizes
Coordinating with fundraising individuals to provide support and relevant information
Meeting and greeting individuals in local businesses and on the street through face-to-face PR to promote fundraising events
Organising prizes and carrying out any specific event administration surrounding corporate and community events
Participating in two scheduled fundraising events

Full clean driving licence and access to vehicle
