Night Shift Customer Service Administrator
Mainline employment are currently recruiting for an experienced customer service operator to work on a temporary to permanent basis in a medium sized call centre based in Chippenham. The role will require you to work with sensitive data and sometimes highly demanding queries. Because of this a DBS will be carried out on anyone successful at interview stage
Main duties of the role;
Dealing with incoming calls from a range of customer
Working to tight time scales
Email correspondence with customers through the whole customer journey
Making outbound calls to customer/supplier
Working as a team but also individually to provide the best support possible to each customer
Working with call centres own software package
Person spec;
We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service experience, ideally within a call centre environment
The ability to work under pressure and to KPI’s
Must be competent with the Microsoft package especially Microsoft Outlook
All applicants must have a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service skills both verbally (via telephone communications) and written (email and/or letter correspondence)
Hours;
We are currently looking to fill two shifts
Shift 1 – Sunday to Wednesday – 10pm – 7am
OR
Shift 2 – Wednesday to Saturday – 10pm-7am
If you are looking for part time work we would also be available to accommodate a 2 day week of;
Thursday and Saturday – 10pm – 7am
Salary;
The role is paying £8.31 an hour plus a £28 shift allowance each night worked
