Parkside are currently assisting a well regarded company who enjoys an enviable reputation in their chosen market, with their search for a Part-Time Payroll Coordinator to join their busy team at their UK Head office in Ruislip. The client is looking for someone who can work 3 days a week for up to 20-21 hours.

The role will be a 3 month contract initially with the potential to be extended. The ideal candidate would be someone with prior experience of working within a payroll team who is interested in gaining more experience in payroll. The company also have parking on site and are also within walking distance of transport links.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* The management of UK and European payrolls via outsourced providers in line with legislation and key policies

* Validating payroll input from HR and investigating any anomalies

* Uploading monthly payroll data into the outsourced providers systems

* Ensuring outsourced providers deliver accurate and timely outputs

* Checking, investigating and ultimately approving final payroll output

* Ensuring payroll outputs (e.g. GL reports, payslips) are distributed on time

* Assisting with the full end to end administration of payroll Maintenance of accurate records for each employee Dealing with email and telephone queries
