Part Time/Permanent

£18,449.60 P/A (PRO RATA)

Hours: Flexible shifts between 4pm – 11pm Monday to Friday and Saturday between 6pm – 11pm (16 – 30 hours a week)

We have an exciting opportunity available with an international outsource contact centre providing one-of-a-kind support to customers in the UK.

We are looking for a number of customer service representatives to be a brand ambassador, champion disputes/queries and ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times.

The Role:

* Taking inbound calls

* Taking a high volume of calls and responding to a high volume of emails from customers that need assistance with their accounts

* Dealing with all account queries

* Live chat enquiries

* Basic administrative duties

Skills:

* Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service role

* Able to pass a basic credit check and DBS

* Educated to High School or equivalent

* Flexible and reliable
