Office Manager – Part-time
Stroud
£20,000 (pro-rata) + free parking
Our client is one of the market leaders in entertainment, producing high performance integrated solutions for events, festivals and conference centres and they’re seeking a part-time Office Manager to join them.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Office Manager will be the first point of contact for the office. You will be highly self-motivated with demonstrable expertise in administration, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a central resource for the provision of hotel, travel and taxi arrangements
Keep an organised diary detailing domestic and overseas travels, visitors and holidays
Book meeting rooms, resources, lunches and restaurants on request
Purchase consumables and stationary as and when needed
Assist in the coordination of building maintenance
Work as part of a global team liaising with key Sales Order Processing staff
Act on sales enquires when & where appropriate
Check quotations and orders against the customer purchase order
Assist with Event management
Skills/ Experience:
Proactive, positive and friendly
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable dealing with all levels and areas of the business
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
Good knowledge of computers and keyboard skills
Hours: Monday – Wednesday, 09:30-16:45 (1 hour lunch break)
