Key Responsibilities

Providing contractual support; dealing regularly with contract issues arising – formation, variation and negotiation with customers, partners and suppliers
Supporting the bidding activity and ensuring correct governance
Contractual drafting, compilation and administration
Provide advice on contractual and commercial matter/governance within the company Requirements

Experience with customer contracts, including legal and contractual documentation
Understanding of contractual law
Technology background would be ideal Benefits
