We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, have an eye for detail to work in Heathrow Airport within the VIP Lounges.
The successful Prep Chef will be responsible for:
To follow the cleaning schedules for the kitchen
To ensure all equipment is used in the correct manner
Check fridge and freezers upon arrival on shift
Produce meals according to the Head chef
Co-ordinate, plan, participate and supervise production, preparation and presentation of meals

The Successful Prep Chef will have:
Good knowledge of international recipes and cooking techniques
Good planning and coordination skills
Ability to manage high volumes of meals
Flexible to work shifts and patterns

The hours of work are 06:00am- 15:00pm or 15:00pm-22:00pm
