Part time Customer Assistant

24 hours per week over 3 days

An ideal opportunity to work with a growing business on a part time permanent basis and use your customer facing skills.

What you will be doing:

* Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers

* Signing up new customers

* Selling products to customers in store

* Answering telephone enquiries to provide advise and costs.

* Working as a team to achieve store targets

* Handling customer enquiries to include face to face, on the telephone and via email

* Consulting with customers on self-storage needs and availability

* Entering customer information on the database

* Dealing with debt management of customer accounts

* Developing your experience of stock control and merchandise management

* General housekeeping and maintenance of the store

Ideal Candidate:You will have experience within a face to face customer service environment with experience of selling products. You will be confident when dealing with customers and have excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.

This position is a permanent 24 hrs a week contract and the ideal candidate needs to be fully flexible over 7 days as weekend working is required
