Are you a risk management focused professional looking to take the next step in your career by working on some of the UK's largest infrastructure projects coming up over the next few years? You will be given the opportunity to really stamp your mark on embedding and maturing risk management across this vitally important portfolio of projects.This is based in the heart of Central Birmingham, surrounded by everything you would need in around your work activity.We have a unique opportunity to work client-side for a major highways organisation, within their Major Projects portfolio, providing risk management advice and guidance to the wider project management community.You will championing the implementation of a recently commenced risk system, driving continuous improvement in the risk process, providing monthly portfolio risk and opportunity reports and associated tasks.The organisation is forward thinking with excellent benefits package such as holiday allocation, pension contributions, additional performance related pay, plus the flexibility to ensure you will not be clock watched to work a 9 to 5 chained to your desk. Remote working and flexible hours actually happen here, not just an empty promise to get you through the door...Successful candidate will have risk management experience, ideally implementing and embedding a risk management process within a wider matrixed organisation. excellent stakeholder management skills are key. Knowledge of Xactium software would be ideal, but not essential.
