Sense are currently recruiting for two Trading Support Administrators to work at our office in Crayford on a permanent basis. We have one-part time role available working 22.5 hours per week, as well as a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.

About the role
This is a pivotal role within the Trading team that will provide a day to day a comprehensive, high quality and responsive administrative support service. You will work as part of a team that contributes to the improvement of Sense’s administrative and Central Operations services.

Your role will include the setting up and maintenance of both computerised and manual systems and databases, taking notes from meetings and distributing communication materials to Sense Shops.

About you
You will have experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems, have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and be able to write appropriate correspondence.

You will provide excellent customer service throughout all aspects of your role and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
