POSITION: Part Time Office Admin Person
SALARY: Salary £10,400 pa
BENEFITS: Company Pension, 5 Weeks holiday
HOURS: 20 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 12pm to 5pm
LOCATION: Wiltshire, SN3 3JD
DESCRIPTION:
Established in 1973, our client is a small Plastic Injection Moulding Company supplying over 100 customers covering a range of industries including medical, sound, office fittings and leisure products.
Due to ongoing success the company is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to be the first point of telephone and face-to-face contact for customers and visitors, providing administrative support to the office and workshop.
THE MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
Handling incoming calls from customers and suppliers.
Inputting customer sales orders and raising production orders.
Dealing with customer queries regarding orders and delivery dates.
Liaising with production and updating customers on any supply issues.
Raising supplier orders.
Inputting supplier invoices.
Raising invoices and despatch paperwork.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
This is a part time job share position and although part time the successful application must be flexible and be able to do some full time working to cover holidays and any sickness.
Experience with Sage & Excel would be a distinct advantage.
Ideally the successful person will have worked in a small office environment within the manufacturing industry.
Have excellent communication skills.
Possess a ‘can-do’ attitude.
