E-Com Group is a niche IT staffing and training company based in St Pauls (City of London) working with clients and consultants in over 60 countries globally. Business growth has been good but we are ready to turbo boost the growth with fresh talent into the team to be part of the journey driving the company in established markets as well as new, but also challenging the known and innovating for tomorrow.

The fuel to this growth is each person in the team, and we are currently looking for someone step into a newly formed role of Talent Champion taking a lead in building the talent pipeline for the team bringing in motivated individuals to be part of the journey.

The is a newly formed position in the team working directly with the leadership with an opportunity to grow the position from core talent delivery to related areas such as employer branding, company culture development, training planning to name a few. The business prides itself on agility and dynamic structure to allow for individuals and opportunities to grow.

What will you be doing:

  • Responsible for the end to end process for new talent into the business
  • Headhunting and direct sourcing of new talent
  • Screening potential talent and arranging interviews
  • Ensuring a pipeline of potential talent into the business
  • Maintaining contact with potential talent in our network to increase direct sourcing
  • Generating referrals from connections
  • Ensuring an excellent experience for all potential talent
  • Own the talent journey ensuring a professional, friendly and seamless experience for all
  • Key to contributing and laying foundations to careers of new team members

Who you are:

  • Previous recruitment delivery experience from either in house or recruitment agency
  • Naturally proactive, display initiative and a willingness to go the extra mile when required
  • Good administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as talent acquisition manager, or the desire to prove your potential
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through to on boarding
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards

The details:

  • Part-time role, 20 hours per week
  • 1 day per week in the office with flexibility for remote
  • No rigid hours of work, flexible to suit individual and business objectives
  • All resources provided including IT, phone, LinkedIn Recruiter account
  • Monthly team nights
  • Training to support personal growth based on personal ambitions within the business
  • Part of a diverse team
