We are recruiting for Food Production Operatives/Machine Operators to fulfill immediate vacancies on behalf of our prestigious client; an established, well known food manufacturer based in Scunthorpe. Our client prides itself on producing high quality snack products. These products are enjoyed by many and sold by major retailers all over the UK.

These opportunities for Food Production Operatives are a great way to increase your income with additional weekend work.

As part of the production team you will undertake a variety of duties within the production and packaging process, ensuring products are produced to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities and Tasks:

* Using mixing equipment

* Packing product into cases

* Moving equipment such as trolleys

* Handling materials for production

* Understanding and adhering to quality operating procedures.

* Performing quality, safety and flavour checks

* Housekeeping, clean as you go

* Comply with all health and safety policies

* Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately

* Machine operation

Shift pattern: Saturday and/or Sunday, Weekday shifts are available also

Working hours: 6am-12noon (Sat) and 6-2/2-10/10-6 (Sunday)

Pay: £8.12 - £8.64

Experience of working in a fast paced food manufacturing environment is advantageous although not essential as training and guidance will be given.
