Role: Supply Chain Administrator
Salary: £9.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week Mon-Fri
Location: Wythenshawe (Manchester)
Tailor Made Sourcing are delighted to be working with an exciting industry leading manufacturing company based in Manchester. Our client who turnover £60m+ per annum are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join the team full time or part time on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, be computer literate, highly numerate and have an excellent eye for detail, with experience of raw material planning and hold a good understanding of the supply chain process.
Interviews to be held this week for successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
Roles and responsibilities;
* Build relationships and work closely with warehouse team, sales order processing team, and other key internals/externals.
* Check and maintain CRM system to ensure correct stock levels.
* Day to day stock management, ensuring sales can be maximised.
* Work to tight deadlines.
* Ensure stock is dispatched on time and to specification.
* Weekly stock reconciliations.
* Match invoices against orders, ensuring there are no discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will;
* Great knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office packages
* Must be analytical and numerical
* Highly organised
* Good understanding of the supply chain processes preferred
* Be an excellent communicator and negotiator
