Children's Occupational Therapist - Band 6 - Bank

£30,401 pa pro rata + £4560 pa pro rata (Bank)

Please be aware that any appointment towards the middle or upper end of this salary range will be subject to experience and particularly any current relevant NHS experience and banding.

We are looking for a children's  community occupational therapist who has experience in an NHS children's community OT service to join our bank team. Our base is the Phoenix Children's Centre in Bromley.  Hours would be flexible and would be to cover a range of clinical work dependent on your experience.  The majority of work would be to provide assessment and treatment sessions to children with difficulties with activities of daily.  There may be opportunities for service level agreement work which would require at least qualification in Sensory Integration level one (Foundations and Neuroscience).

From health visiting to district nursing, school nurses to specialist nurses, our nursing services help new parents to care for new born children and older people to continue living at home through care and support. We also have a wide range of therapy services for adults and children, including speech and language therapy, physiotherapy and occupational therapy whilst our specialist services focus on preventing diseases and supporting those living with specific conditions such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) or diabetes.
