Healthcare Business International has a vacancy for a Part-Time (c 20 hours a week) bookkeeper/office administrator in our bright and friendly office near Finsbury Park. The role can be spread flexibly over 4 or 5 days a week and can fit within school hours.
The role would include raising sales invoices, entering supplier invoices, bank reconciliations, setting up payments, managing expenses, credit control, office management tasks and projects as required (such as dealing with office supplies and suppliers) and generally helping to make HBI a great place to work..
Must have good experience on Xero accounts
Experience of relevant financial administration, including accruals & prepayments
Positive and helpful attitude
Friendly personality to fit in with small team
Pro-active self starter
Accurate and reliable worker.
Anticipated salary £15/hour, depending on experience.
To start in July.
