Customer Administrators: Open Day on June 18th from 2:30pm – 7pm. We are seeking 7 x customer focused administrators to join Hemsley Fraser's busy and rapidly growing team of Training Course Coordinators.

As a Coordinator you will be expected to work on your own initiative, deliver fantastic customer service, be a natural people-person and have the drive and hunger to succeed.

Due to new contract wins and staff promotions, our client are looking to recruit up to 7 new team members, either on a full time or part time basis. They offer permanent contracts with an excellent training and progression programme and a friendly and inclusive working environment.

At the Open day you will get the opportunity to chat with an member of their team to find out more about the role as well as a 1-2-1 with a friendly Pertemps consultant.

As a Training Coordinator you will enjoy a varied and busy role including:

• You will be responsible for the administration of arranging courses including liaising with venues, delegates and trainers.

• As an outsourced training partner, you will provide excellent customer service to a range of clients mainly over the telephone – so a confident telephone manner is a must!

• The job involves managing multiple email inboxes, you must be super organised and good at prioritising.

• Ideally you will have experience working in administration and be an excellent organiser!

• The ability to speak European languages would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Hemsley Fraser work on a global basis from their head office on the outskirts of Plymouth.

Permanent Contracts are available on a full or part time basis:

• Full-time hours are 37.5 hours a week Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm.

• Part-time working option is for 25 hours per week from 09:30-14:30 Monday-Friday

• Salaries start between £17,000 - £18,000 increasing based on performance within the role.
