Leading Care provider in Poole, provide support to adults with Mental Health Issues and Learning Disabilities.

The Role

Assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need to support. Support may include:

Personal Care

Administering Medication

Assist with Social Activities

Community Access

Financial Assistance

Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential as a training will be provided. Applicants who hold a full driving licence and have access to transport is an advantage.

Our clients will consider Full and Part-Time Support Workers or Care Assistants for these roles.

You will be required to work alternate weekends.
