Simply Education are working closely with several Nursery settings in and around Watford and we are looking to recruit members of staff on a daily and long term basis. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, pro-active and demonstrate extensive knowledge on the EYFS. Great rates of pay depending on experience and also the possibility of a guarantee pay scheme. Full and part time positions.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 3 months experience working with children. (this can include volunteering and being a nanny)
- Flexibility
- Patience
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Ability to effectively work in a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and staff/children alike
Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues is key in this roll. Ensure health, safety and wellbeing of the children. Support the children's development, learning and play. Be a key person carrying out all related duties and responsibilities in building relationships with children and their families in accordance with the EYFS
