Are you looking for a flexible role to fit around your lifestyle? This is an opportunity for a Community Liaison Officer to join a large Civils business working on a project in North London.

The ideal candidate would have worked in a Community Liaison Officer role previously. This role is part time 16 hours per week, so would suit a working mum or someone who requires flexibility. The hours worked can be discussed with your manager but ideally 4 hours a day 4 days a week.

Construction / Infrastructure experience would be experience would be preferable.

Temp Contract for circa 6 months +

Paying £12 – 14 paye / £15 – 18 Umbrella/LTD

Community Liaison Officer Responsibilities:

* First point of contact for the general Community

* Managing all complaints, queries and responding as necessary

* Attend regular Community events / meetings as a representative of the contractor

* Ensure the day to day stakeholder operations

* Communicate effectively between the Community and the steakholders

* To be aware of the works being carried out and how this may have an impact on residents and motorists

* Take action to advise and warn the Community in advance via letter drop offs, website, email and social media.

Community Liaison Officer Requirements:

* Experience working as a Community Liaison officer ideally on construction projects

* Fantastic communication skills

* Empathy and understanding

* Able to deal with difficult scenarios
