Job Details
Our client is recruiting caring and positive thinking Support Workers, to support people living in their own flats in the Sutton as well as several people who live locally and receive support in the community.
Location: Opportunities available in Sutton and Merton
Salary: £8.46 Sutton, £8.38 Merton, plus £32 - £36 per sleep-in session
Hours: Full-time and part-time, permanent

About the role of Support Worker:
Support Work is a rewarding career. In this position you will support people with high needs both physically and emotionally.
You will have a varied day, providing full support with a number of different activities including personal care, cooking, cleaning and a number of different indoor and outdoor activities:
- Shopping
- Indoor games
- Swimming
- Cinema
- Parties
Support is also needed at weekends and on bank holidays and travel to support outreach clients will also be necessary. Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you will be required to work various shifts. These may be early, late, sleep in support and sometimes nights.
About you:
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, although not essential, as full training will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to the lives of people whilst further developing your social work skills and career. A manual driving licence also desirable.
