£22,000 - £30,000 per annum+Strong Bonus Scheme / Commission Structure which would give an OTE of £40-£45k per annum

The Client

I am very excited to be working with my client on the search for new member of staff so that their team can expand along with the business. They are a very high-end, exclusive, VIP / Membership only, private aesthetic and wellness clinic. They offer services in aesthetic treatments and procedures, through to nutrition, functional medicine and the wellness side. They work with a small, expensive clientele list only. To be able to provide such a bespoke, luxurious service, the members of staff play a vital role in their special service offering. The Medical Aestheticians are a part of the patients entire journey and so they will build strong relationships with each of their customers. There will be the opportunity to progress to Lead Nurse of the clinic in the future.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be an experienced aesthetic practitioner / therapist already with at least 3-5 years of experience in this field.

NVQ Level 4 is essential to prove you have been performing these treatments and procedures in this clinic setting for some time.

You must be extremely articulate, presentable, motivated, ambitious and dedicated.

A history of excellent high-end customer service and communication skills are required.

It is beneficial to have a proven track record of hitting targets, a focus on sales skills, and a in-depth understanding of treatments, procedures, products and their brand.

Location

The role is based in the upmarket Chelsea area of London and the clinic is commutable from Guildford, Hertfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Essex, Kent and more. The clinic has local tube stations, strong public transport links and local amenities to take advantage of.

Summary

The salary for this position will be totally dependent on experience and will be anything between £22,000 - £30,000 per annum. On top of the base salary you will have the opportunity to earn commission based on your performance with an OTE of £28,000-£40,000 per year.

The earning potential increases significantly with this package.

You will also receive £1000 per quarter to spend on yourself within the clinic, so you can choose from skin treatments to procedures as an extra incentive.
