I am looking for a year 5/6 teacher for a small village school near Hertford. Starting in September, this class of 26 children need a teacher Wednesday to Friday to teach, engage and nurture them.

The school I’m recruiting for are well resourced with a field, pond and woodland area. As well as an engaging curricular and extra-curricular activity programme. The school put importance on the pastoral care of each child, developing their confidence and personal skills as well as their academic successes.

The staff team at school are skilled and dedicated, working together as a team to provide the best teaching and learning experiences for their children.

The school was graded Good by Ofsted in 2016 with key findings including “The school’s curriculum provides rich opportunities for pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development and their physical well-being.” “Behaviour is good. Pupils have positive attitudes towards their learning and are respectful towards one another.”
