We are currently looking to expand our team of Support Worker`s in our Solihull Support Living Service where you will be supporting 4 people who have a learning disability and live in their own home. We have a part time position available offering 20 hours per week.

In our service everyone has their own requirements but the type of support you will provide would be things such as shopping, cooking, eating and drinking, laundry, personal care, cleaning, finances and medication administration.

Being a support worker isn`t just about making day to day life great, it`s about being a part of the fun! You would be supporting with accessing their community for leisure and recreation, and to maintain relationships with people who are important to them. Some hobbies and interests include - singing and dancing, shopping, going to discos and buying jewelry.

As a support worker, flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service, as you may be required to work a variety of different shifts throughout the week, including mornings (ideal for you early risers!) and evenings.
